The place is superb. Kostas is wonderful and very hospitable. We have been there several times now and are very satisfied. We feel the place is like a second home. We will go again.

Mr. Costas is a very nice person with a big ❤️ heart. He welcomed us warmly. We were a little late on our way, and the owner contacted us by phone to see if we were okay and if we needed help. We greatly appreciate his interest. We have not encountered such an approach before. Upon arrival, he was waiting for us with a homemade cake and a cold drink. It was excellent. It was just what we needed after such a long trip.
We sat in a beautiful and perfectly landscaped garden with beautiful flowers, palms and trees that created shade for you to relax. The garden was excellently landscaped with spacious and comfortable seating for many people. There is also a rocking chair and various sunbeds. We could even pick fresh vegetables from the garden. Evening lighting creates hot atmosphere. Pure romance. Home furnishings are a luxury.
You don't have to bring anything with you. The villa is fully equipped. You really only need to bring a toothbrush and a swimsuit 😁. The kitchen has a dishwasher with cleaning tablets, a large oven for baking, a kettle, a microwave, dishwashing liquid, bags for bins, various kitchen accessories such as a blender, chopper, pots, plates, glasses, bowls. Cold drinks of all kinds and fruit were waiting for us in the large refrigerator from the owner. What we really liked and was great was the dispenser with water from a mountain spring.
The bathroom was top equipped. Washing machine, toilet paper, hair dryer, hair straightener, washing powder, wash cloths, shower gels for men and women, shampoos, garbage bags, medicines, gloves, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner and many small things. The bathroom is so equipped that you only need to bring a toothbrush. Everything else is there. Also, a clothes dryer with clothes pegs.
The rooms were clean and fragrant. Exactly as they were in the pictures in the offer. The beds were amazing and the sleep was divine.

Town Larissa is very near and for every recommendation for visit. Beach is nice and clean, our kids loved it. Good location of place from where you can visit another beaches, places or whatever you prefer.
Constantinos is great host, very kind, caring and full of hospitality.
